In Anno Societatis XLIV, during the Reign of Their Royal Majesties Tristan and Damiana, during the stewardship of Morgan and Elizabeth, Baron and Baroness of Twin Moons, there was created an award known as he Azure Mace of Twin Moons.

I. There shall exist in the Barony of Twin Moons an award known as the Azure Mace, which shall be given by the Baron and/or Baroness to those youths who display excellence in the traditional martial arts, light weapons, and archery of the Current Middle Ages.

II. This award shall be given to those who have attained not more than 18 years of age, and have been active in the Society of Creative Anachronism for at least a year. The holders of this award shall be known as "Companion" and shall be permitted to place the initials "CAM" after their name.

III. The insignia of this order shall be a medallion "Azure, on a pall embattled and inverted between two moons increscent argent, a mace azure." (subject to approval by Laurel.)

IV. Companions of the Order shall take precedence after non-armigerous Principality orders.

V. The Principals of the Order shall be the Baronial Coronets of Twin Moons, and the Protectors of the Order shall be the Crown of Atenveldt.

VI. Amendments to this charter shall be made by the Baronial Coronets of Twin Moons, after consultation with the Crown of Atenveldt.

VII. Membership in the Order of all previous recipients is hereby confirmed.
